TERMS OF SERVICE

Please take your time to read carefully and thoroughly

  • The drawing process or turnaround time (TAT) usually takes 1-2 weeks per commission (it’s still depends on the complexity and number of the characters)

  • 'NO REFUNDS' once I proceed to clean and finalize the confirmed sketch. If you want to cancel it, let me know as early as possible.

  • Major revisions should be on sketch phase only, further revisions after the confirmation of the sketch would have an additional fee on it.

  • Please DO NOT modify the final product in any way.

  • I may use or upload my commissioned works for promoting purposes, if you don't want me to do it, just let me know.

  • I have the right to REFUSE or DECLINE a commission, if I know that I can’t handle it

  • I don't do a RUSH commissions

  • I only do 1 commission at a time, so please bear with me and I hope for your understanding and consideration.

  • The default canvas size is A4: 300dpi resolution; you can request custom canvas size

  • Please indicate if the final output would be PERSONAL USE or COMMERCIAL USE because the price rates are different between these two

  • COMMERCIAL USE could be discussed; rates can be twice or thrice of my standard commission price but it will still depend on the type of commercial usage.

  • The finished commission will be sent via GoogleDrive

Payment

  • As I've mentioned in Terms of Service 'NO REFUNDS' once I proceed to clean and finalize the confirmed sketch, if you want to cancel it let me know as early as possible.

  • Payments are through PayPal Invoice.

Commission Process

  1. Fill out the Commission Form above, you can send it on any of my social media accounts.

  2. After I receive the form, I will check it. Revisions are okay at this phase. I will not be doing any major revisions after you confirm the sketch.

  3. After the confirmation you should pay the 50% price of the commission.

  4. In completion phase of the commission, I will be sending updates or screenshots during this process.

  5. The final payment should be made first before I send the final output. Finished drawings will be sent via GoogleDrive.

NSFW - I can draw suggestive outfits but we can still discuss this type of commission further, so feel free to ask.

  • robot/mecha

  • gore

Additionals

  • Commercial use rates can be thrice or more than my standard commission price rate, but it is still depending on the type of commercial usage.

  • Prices may still vary with the complexity of the commission

  • detailed designs/additional objects (accessories/weapons) to add, will increase the price of the commission

  • If there’s no Character commission details or reference photos, I will be charging a fee for conceptualizing or designing from scratch starts @ $20

  • again, the complexity may affect the commission's price and also the TAT (turn-around time) of the project

  • adding background ranging at $15-up (depending on the detail or complexity)

  • the finished drawing will be on JPEG and PNG format

  • source file or .psd files will have an additional fee
